Advocare Sunset Road Medical Associates (SRMA) is a Family Medicine practice established in 1957 by Dr. Bernard Blank. Our group continues to serve our community by providing the highest degree of family health care for our patients. Our providers are board certified and progressive in their medical care. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality, comprehensive healthcare.
We strive to provide personal care by responding to your weekend and after- hour calls until midnight each night by our own Advocare Register Nurses who will have access to your electronic medical records. After midnight, calls will be responded to by Registered Nurses from Call 4 Health, a compassionate call center that will triage your call and contact our on-call provider if necessary.
