Our business office representatives are onsite to assist you with any questions regarding billing statements issued by Advocare SRMA and any other business office inquiries, including medical records and transfer request.
All questions related to insurance coverage should be directed to your insurance carrier's member service department. This telephone number is listed on the back of your insurance card.
Referral request will be completed in 3 business days. Do not schedule your specialist or testing appointment until at least 3 days from the date of the request.
It is important that you verify that the specialist or facility you are being referred to accepts your insurance.
Patients with US Family Health Plan insurance will need to pick up their paper referral. For all other insurance carriers, referrals will be processed electronically.
Please contact your pharmacy directly to request your prescription refills. The pharmacist will contact us directly.
It will take approximately 1 business day for your prescription request to be reviewed and approved by the attending provider. Once approved, the request will be electronically submitted to your pharmacy.
Please be aware that If a prior-authorization is necessary, it may take up to 5 days to process.
Please Note: If you have not had an appointment with an Advocare SRMA provider during the previous 6 months, we will not complete your prescription request. Please call back during normal business hours at 609-387-8787 and select option #1 to schedule an appointment.
