If you or a family member requires hospitalization, please report to the nearest emergency room or the hospital of your choice. Since our practice is independent from all hospital systems, we do not dictate where you should receive your care. At every hospital in the country, our patients are attended to by the Hospitalist at that facility. The Hospitalist will contact our office to inform us of your condition.
We request that once our patients are discharged from a hospital, they call our office to schedule a hospital follow-up appointment within 7 days of discharge. If unable to be seen within 7 days, we recommend a visit within 14 days.
