As a part of a comprehensive treatment model, Dr. Andrew Blank now offers medical marijuana evaluations to patients diagnosed with one or more state-approved medical conditions. During the evaluation with Dr. Blank, he will determine if medical cannabis will be an efficacious treatment option for the patient's condition.

The Medical Marijuana Treatment program is a self-pay program. First visit is $200.00 and all subsequent visits are $100.00.

As a convenience to our community, Advocare SRMA offers a wide variety of onsite medical specialist including:

• Podiatry

For our patient's convenience, we offer SMA Lab Services onsite for your phlebotomy needs.

Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

Services are provided on a walk-in basis. No appointment is needed.

We offer many specialty services onsite, including Remote Patient Monitoring for patients diagnosed with hypertension,  EKG's, Cardiac Event Monitors and vaccinations.

We are proud to offer a long-standing weight loss program that has benefited numerous patients in obtaining their weight loss goals. Your provider will work with you and your individualized needs with diet and medical assistance.
