After Hours

We strive to provide personal care by responding to your weekend and after-hour calls until midnight each night by our own Advocare Register Nurses who will have access to your electronic medical records. After midnight, calls will be responded to by Registered Nurses from Call 4 Health, a compassionate call center that will triage your call and contact our on-call provider if necessary. (Please do not call the after our services for medication renewals.)
