  • How do I make an appointment?

    Call our office at 609-387-8787, Monday through Friday, 7:45 am - 3:45 pm, and select option 1.

  • Are you accepting new patients?

    Yes, we are always happy to accept new patients.
  • Do you accept my health insurance plan?

    Please refer to our Insurance page to review a list of accepted insurance providers.

  • How do I obtain a prescription refill?

    Please contact your pharmacy directly to request your prescription refills. The pharmacist will contact us directly.

    It will take approximately 1 business day for your prescription request to be reviewed and approved by the attending provider. Once approved, the request will be electronically submitted to your pharmacy.

    Please be aware that If a prior-authorization is necessary, it may take up to 5 days to process.

    Please Note: If you have not had an appointment with a Advocare Sunset Road Medical provider during the previous 6 months, we will not be able to complete your prescription renewal request. Please call the office during normal business hours and select option #2 to schedule an appointment.
  • When will I receive lab or test results?

    You will receive a phone call or email, if web enabled, regarding the results once they are reviewed by your provider.

  • How do we contact the doctor after hours?

    Call our office at 609-387-8787 and select option 1 to transfer you to an on-call nurse. For urgent issues, call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
